Like every part of business, our core values have evolved over time to reflect the evolution and heart of the company. In 2022, our team collaboratively developed values under the acronym PEERS, but it lacked formal integration into daily operations.
In 2023, these values were refreshed and embedded into every aspect of the company, from meetings and decision-making to hiring and recognition. This intentional alignment ensures the values truly represent the people of SETGO and the culture of care and excellence we strive to uphold.

The whole idea behind SETGO was centered around the idea that proper planning, scoping, and expectation setting sets the stage for successful projects.
We wanted to create a process where prospective clients would feel like they were properly prepared for the project they were about to take on. The name came from the idea of getting SET before you GO.

The Evolution of SETGO Partners
Meet Tom Lemirand and Rob Petrie, the visionaries behind SETGO Partners!
Tom and Rob shared a dream of starting their own business, and after years of building expertise in their respective careers, they knew they had the right mix of experience and passion to make it a success. Fueled by their trust in the Salesforce ecosystem and inspired by the platform’s potential and the people behind it, they took the leap to create SETGO Partners in 2020. From the beginning, they envisioned a company that would not only deliver exceptional client outcomes but also foster an outstanding culture within a fully remote environment—a bold move at the time.
In 2021, we hired our first full-time employee, marking the beginning of an exciting journey. That same year, our team came together for our first in-person event in Milwaukee, WI—an experience so memorable that it inspired the now biannual tradition, SETGO Connect. After a year of hard work, perseverance, and collaboration, we hit a major milestone, surpassing $1 million in sales.
By 2024, we had achieved remarkable growth and industry recognition. We were honored with the Inc. Best Workplaces Award and the BizTimes Media Future 50 Award, celebrating our innovative culture and rapid success. Today, SETGO Partners is a thriving team of 28 talented professionals who continue to deliver on our promise of excellence, exceeding $4 million in sales in 2024.
